A) loving the defense depth. Has room to have young guys in and rotate with vets to learn, adapt and be effective. I not nearly as worried now if ej gets banged up and we have a zads/bigras/gelly/weir to step in and step up
B) let's say a couple vets just don't adapt or really struggle with the new 'system' does bednar have the pull in the organization to say, 'look he's not working out,let's got get someone else?' Does Joe trust him in that?
